Our Ethiopian coffees are routinely the fan favorites year after year. Boasting big fruity and floral flavors, Ethiopia produces some of world's most delicious and unique coffee every year. This is one of two coffees from Wolichu Wachu we've purchased this year. This natural lot is super floral with juicy raspberry and chocolate flavors. It undergoes the natural process where the cherry is dried before being pulbed and processed. This retains sugars for more syrupy body and higher acidity. This coffee makes a delightful pourover or single origin espresso.
