Wolichu Wachu Washed
Our Ethiopian coffees are routinely the fan favorites year after year. Boasting big fruity and floral flavors, Ethiopia produces some of world's most delicious and unique coffee every year. This is one of two coffees from Wolichu Wachu we've purchased this year. This washed lot is clean, jucy and boasts beautiful berry and citrus flavors. It undergoes the Washed process where the seed is pulped and then fermented before being dried. Washed coffee provides more clarity of flavor and a crisper acidity. This coffee makes a delightful pourover or single origin espresso.
