SLIPSTREAM BLEND

We're excited to introduce SLIPSTREAM, the newest addition to the APEX family. This seasonal blend combines a natural Ethiopia - Iron Lion with a fully washed Colombia - El Nevado del Huila. 

 

Similar to Oversteer, Slipstream is rooted in chocolate and nutty flavors, but it distinguishes itself with a soft, mixed-berry opening. The Ethiopia offers a subtle fruitiness, while the Colombia provides a clean, rich complexity. 

 

The resulting blend is very flavorful, tasting great on its own and pairing amazingly well with milk.
